LAKE KATRINE, N.Y -- Authorities arrested a Lake Katrine man Thursday after he was found yelling and sitting naked in his vehicle on the side of a roadway, according to New York State Police.
A 23-year-old Ulster man was arrested after state police say they found him naked and yelling in his vehicle on the side of a roadway.

Demeter is set to appear in Ulster Town Court at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, police said.
